When you fill in one of this website's forms (interest in a property or a valuation to sell), we collect the data you enter — name, email, phone number if provided, and message — together with your IP address and the browser you use, as a security measure to prevent automated submissions. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide us directly in that conversation — name, phone number, email and, where relevant, details of the property you're interested in — so that we can assist you.

To respond to your enquiry, to manage the sale or valuation of your property, and to maintain the contact needed throughout the process.

The consent you give us by getting in touch and, where applicable, the performance of the tasks you ask us to carry out.

For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as required to comply with legal obligations, such as tax obligations.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required (for example, a notary or public administration when you take part in a transaction) or if you expressly ask us to. We do use providers that process your data on our behalf and under our instructions (data processors): Supabase, to securely store form messages, and Resend, to send emails.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@bellavistainmo.com, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
