At Bella Vista Real Estate, what drives us is our love for this market, for the houses we sell and, above all, for the people we work with. Buying or selling a house isn't just another formality: it's a life project — yours — and we treat it that way.
We prefer a close, personal relationship over an impersonal, over-the-counter one. Before showing you anything, we listen: what you're looking for, what you need to sell and why, what timeline you have. The service adapts to your situation, not the other way round.
To us, you're not just another client. We stay with you through every stage, including the administrative side of buying or selling, which is where most of the headaches come from. When you find your home, or when you finally sell yours, we want to have been there the whole way, not just on signing day.

An experienced team, a young agency
The Bella Vista team has more than seven years of experience in real estate. The agency itself is younger: we founded it in 2022, and since then 38 properties have changed hands in Cambrils and L'Ametlla de Mar. We know the developments, the real prices on every street and, above all, the people — many of our clients come to us because someone we've already helped recommended us.
